This plaque was even more stunning in person than it was in the pictures sent prior to receiving it. Donna is such a wonderful person and extremely easy to work with. With only speaking once on the phone and sending about 3 emails back and forth, the final product was amazing. The recipient of this treasure turned 100 years young and immediately fell in love with it. Additional family members now want to order one for themselves now too! Donna is the best. So professional and patient. My husband comes from a large family…very…large and the constant back of forth would of driven anyone crazy but it just gave her more ideas and details to add that I hadnt even thought of that was important to the family history. We are travelling abroad for the holidays and brought this to her at the very last minute and she came thru like a total rock star. We received our family tree today and were floored about how beautiful and detailed it is. We cant wait to give it to my in laws…if I can, I will update my review with their reaction. 🙂

So beautiful! Donna was so easy to work with. She created exactly what I requested, and it was really nice to have a proof to look at before the plaque was made. She was able to make a few changes before actually putting the image on the wooden plaque. The process was so easy! The end result is something my family will treasure.

We have a huge family tree of 60+ names, and Donna was able to fit them all on a breathtakingly beautiful plaque, which she customized to be exactly what I wanted. The whole process was very quick and easy with her guidance, and hard work! She is an amazing artist! She helped make a very special occasion even more memorable! I could not have asked for anything more. Donna created a beautiful family tree. I simply gave her a basic outline and she ran with it. At the same time I was involved in the design process throughout answering questions according to my preferences. Also she was incredible when it came to the shipping. I mistakenly gave an old address and she was able to go to the post office and get it changed at the last moment. Mind you this was during Christmas time! Thanks again Donna.
